- 1. What is 7at 7agtak?
An Egyptian marketplace that brings many sellers together. Every seller has their own store and products, and customers buy from several sellers on the same site.
- 2. How do you become a seller?
Register from the "Register as a seller" page: enter your details, store and company name (and tax number if you have one). You will receive a verification code by email, then our team reviews and approves your application.
- 3. Current offer
For the first 3 months you list with no commission; after that, the commission rate agreed and approved by the platform management applies (the final rate is still being set).
- 4. Adding a product
Seller Dashboard → Products → Add Product. Use a clear name (type + brand + size/model), pick the right category, set the price, and a sale price if any.
- 5. Photos
Add a clear main photo on a light background and extra angles in the "Image Gallery". Real photos increase sales.
- 6. Inventory
Enable "Manage Stock" and enter the available quantity so the product closes automatically when it sells out.
- 7. Product code (SKU)
The code is generated automatically for every product as seller code + serial number (e.g. V2-000001). Please do not change it.
- 8. Orders
Seller Dashboard → Orders shows your store orders only. Prepare the order and update its status. Bank/wallet transfer orders are confirmed after our team verifies the transfer proof.
- 9. Sales & commission
The Seller Dashboard home shows sales, commission and orders for the last 7 days; Reports has more detail.
- 10. Hazem helps you
Hazem, our smart assistant, recommends your products to customers based on their needs and budget — so clear names, descriptions and prices really matter.

✍️ How to write a great listing
Type + brand + size/model. Example: FAST RIDER 16 INCH BY DERBY SPORT.
Real specs and how to use it. No copied text with wrong details.
Pick the correct category so buyers and Hazem can find it.
Clear, well-lit, product in the middle, no text on the photo.
The real price. Use “Sale price” only for a real discount.
Turn on stock tracking and enter the real quantity.
Leave it empty — it is generated automatically.

🖼️ Uploading photos step by step
- Products → Add new (or Edit on an existing product).
- Click the big image box next to the product name — this is the main photo.
- Choose “Upload files”, pick the photo from your device, then “Select”.
- For more photos, click the small box under it (Gallery) and add as many as you need.
- To remove a photo, hover it and click the ✕.
- Accepted: JPG, PNG, WEBP. Square photos (e.g. 1000×1000) look best.
- If the upload fails: check the file type and size, then try again.
